Signing a contract and satisfaction with a family doctor

From October 27 to November 9, 2018, the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) conducted an all-Ukrainian public opinion polling commissioned by the client. By the method of personal interview  1014 respondents who live in 110 settlements of all regions of Ukraine (except Crimea) were interviewed in a 4-step stochastic sample that is representative for the population of Ukraine from the age of 18 years.
In Luhansk and Donetsk regions, the poll was conducted only on the territory controlled by the Ukrainian authorities.

The statistical sample error (with a probability of 0.95 and a design effect of 1.5) does not exceed: 4.7% for indicators close to 50%, 4.1% - for indicators close to 25%, 2.9% - for indicators close to 10%, 2,1% - for indicators close to 5%.   

           

  • 61.6% of respondents answered yes to the question "Have you or someone in your family signed a contract with your family doctor?" Another 32.4% of respondents answered "no", and 6% couldn't to answer the question;

  • The table below the % of those who signed the contract is showed in terms of individual socio-demographic groups. In particular, if 71% of women say they have already signed a contract, then among men it's 51%.

  • Among those who have already signed the contract, 48.6% say they are satisfied with their family doctor, another 20.7% - somewhat satisfied. At the same time, 3% answered that they were somewhat dissatisfied, and 4.1% - not satisfied with family doctor. 23.7% of respondents who already signed the contract could not answer the question
