On May 25, 2014, the day of elections of the President of Ukraine, the National Exit Poll-2014 Consortium, which is made up of the Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives Foundation (DIF), the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) and the Oleksandr Razumkov Economic and Political Studies Center (Razumkov Centre), has conducted the National Exit Poll-2014.

Problems of the presidential elections in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

According to the survey only 12.7% of potential voters reported that in their opinion their polling stations elections are held. More than half (55.1%) said that elections can be held and a third (32.2%) do not know whether elections are held.

Attitude to the unitary state and separatism in Ukraine

The majority of respondents prefer maintaining the current status in the unitary Ukraine with extended authority - 53.2%. Maintaining the current status in the unitary Ukraine with current authority is supported by 22.7%; autonomy within a federal Ukraine is supported by 6.9%; separation from Ukraine and independent state establishment is supported by 1.9%; separation from Ukraine and joining other state is supported by 4.7% of respondents

Press-release on the results of joint research companies KIIS, SOCIS and "Rating"

One week before the Presidential elections in Ukraine citizens demonstrate very high level of electoral activity, and around 82% of voters are ready to participate in voting. The opposite opinion is supported by 12%. Six per cent of respondents could not give the precise answer to that question.
