The survey is conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology at the request of the public organization "DESPRO" with the support of the USAID Project "HOVERLA", with the aim of finding out the position of the leadership of local self-government bodies regarding the key priorities of legislative regulation on the reform of local self-government and territorial organization of power for 2024.

Representatives of local self-government bodies of territorial communities of Ukraine are invited to participate in the survey.

Express your opinion and thereby take part in shaping the legislative agenda in the field of decentralization.

The survey will take about 15 minutes.

The questionnaire must be filled out by January 24, 2024 inclusive.
