On November 28, the presentation of the results of the Health Index - 2023 research took place.

Questions discussed during the panel discussion:

● Role of the health system during war: adaptation to challenges, achievements, financial aspects and development of rehabilitation programs.

● Demographic consequences of war: the impact of migration, fertility and mortality rates on human capital.

● Strategies for restoring human capital: measures to support population health and promote intersectoral cooperation.

● International experience in post-conflict environments: lessons that can be adapted to Ukrainian realities and Ukraine's contribution to global practice.
