At the end of 2013, the mobile communication in Ukraine significantly pushed fixed telephone: 88% of Ukrainians are mobile users and only 43% - fixed.

During 2013 the number of mobile users increased in Ukraine, especially in rural areas. The number of fixed home phones users has decreased.
