April 24-25 the Congress "Ukraine-Russia: Dialogue" was held in Kiev NSK "Olympic". The idea of the
Congress belongs to Mikhail Khodorkovsky.

The Congress was attended by prominent politicians, cultural and scientific figures from Russia and Ukraine. KIIS Director General Vladimir Paniotto was also attended  the Congress .
