Paniotto, General Director of KIIS, is commenting the results of public opinion polls: “Since 2005 there was a significant decrease in the percentage of Russians with a positive attitude towards Ukraine. At the same time in Ukraine the level of positive attitudes towards Russia was permanently about 90% - even the war in Georgia did not affect it”.
