Since April 2020, KIIS Omnibus is conducted by telephone interviews method by mobile phones using a computer (computer-assisted telephone interviews, CATI).

According to KIIS surveys, in February 2020, 96% of adults in Ukraine had personal mobile phones. The survey is conducted only with respondents aged 18 and older and only with those who live in the territory controlled by Ukraine.

Omnibus is conducted quarterly.

General Information

KIIS Omnibus is a regular multi-targeted population survey which combines questions from a number of clients.

InKIIS Omnibus, each client includes his or her questions into a shared questionnaire and pays only for those questions, not for the entire survey. At the same time, all Omnibus participants use data from sociodemographic questions free of charge.

KIIS Omnibus is a quick, convenient and economical way to get high-quality information about the population of Ukraine.

KIIS Omnibus’ sample size is 2000 respondents 18 years and older.

1 Subject to the provision of documents entitling to exemption from VAT.

2 Including tabular questions (each row of such a table is counted as a separate question with one answer).

3 Hereinafter: the alternative "Other" is taken into account in the calculation; the alternatives "Difficult to say / don't know" and "Refusal to answer" are not taken into account when calculating.

4 For example, the cost without VAT of the question with 15 alternatives is 210 + 10 * 5 = 260 USD.

5 In case of such questions the whole list of alternatives is read to the respondent, and further the respondent names, what some answers he has chosen.

6 In the case of such questions, the respondent is consistently read each alternative, and each item is answered "yes" or "no" (selected or not selected option).
