In May, 2016 average value of ISW was -59 while value of IIW was much higher - -8. Such immense difference shows that despite all difficulties the Ukrainians are generally much more satisfied with their own life than with the situation in the country.

On December 22, 2015 the presentation of research “Assessment of demand for professions that are in need on the labor market” was held in the office of United Nations Development Programme.

In early May this year the residents of unoccupied territory of Ukraine believed that things in Ukraine are going in the right direction - 20%, in the wrong direction - 60%, could not give an answer - 20%.

The study was conducted by the Kiev International Institute of Sociology and the company "Rating" during the period of February 23 - March 14, 2013. The field phase took place from February 27 to March 10, 2013. The survey was conducted in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (in 41 settlements).

The vast majority of respondents (88.2%) agree that the laws against corruption in Ukraine are not effective since they are approved by the Verkhovna Rada, ie by deputies who are to be controlled by these laws as well. Also 65.5% of respondents totally agree with the above and 22.7% of respondents are likely to agree.
