They say that the renovation can’t be completed, it can only be stopped. It is the same thing with site — while we were finishing the new KIIS site, it became outdated. That’s why we made a decision to create another site — the one where you are. And according to such prior experience we decided not to wait until it would be fully ready and launched it with some deficiencies which would be removed during its usage.
