Rating of support for parties and political leaders: February 2018
According to the poll results, if the parliamentary elections had been held in the end of February, most likely the representatives of eight political forces would have entered the Verkhovna Rada. The all-Ukrainian Union “Batkivshchyna” would have received the biggest support (22.5% among those who will vote and decided with the choice). After it come Radical party of Oleh Liashko (13.7%), “Opozytsiynyi block” (12.4%), party “Za jyttia” (10.3%), “Block Petra Poroshenka” (6.6%), “Samopomich” (6%), “Svoboda” (5.8%).

What to present to women on the march 8th ? Women-politicians: to what extent the population of Ukraine trust them?
According to the results of the poll, top 7 presents women want to receive are flowers, jewelry, romantic journey, money, care and attention, toilet water or perfume, and romantic dinner. Compared to 2017, the percentage of those women who want to receive money as a gift got bigger. Among those women who were in the list we asked about, the best trust-mistrust balance have O.Syroid and V.Lutkovska (the difference between them is insignificant), on the second place are O.Bogomolets and I.Herashchenko (the difference is significant but not big), on the third place – Y.Tymoshenko and N.Savchenko. The higher is the level of acquaintance with one or another woman - the higher is the level of distrust.

Stressful situations in the lives of the Ukrainians, 2017
The changes in the situation with stress in the lives of Ukrainians happened over the year is the subject of this press release. According to a recent KIIS study, 53% of those polled experienced some sort of stressful situation in 2017. Compared to 2016, their number has decreased by 5 percentage points (in 2016 it was 58%). Compared to 2016, the number of those who survived the illness of relatives, death of relatives and lost faith in people has decreased. The number of those who did not experience any stressful situation increased by 5 percentage points (it was 37% in 2016, it was 42% in 2017).

Readiness of the Ukrainians to participate in social protest actions, December 2017
According to the data of polls conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology, 40% of the adult population of Ukraine was ready to participate in the protest actions in December 2017. Compared to the previous years, the level of readiness to participate in social protest initially increased from 43% in December 2014 to 49% in December 2016. and then declined to 40% in December 2017. At the same time, the proportion of those who argue that they are not ready to take part in any mass protests increased from 46% in 2016 to 53% in 2017. |
