Electoral intentions of the Ukrainians, April 2014
Ukrainian NGO "Komitet vybortsiv Ukrainy" (Committee of Voters of Ukraine) presents the results of nationwide survey "Ukraine. Presidential elections - 2014, April" conducted by four sociological companies:
Currently Ukrainians show very high level of electoral activity: about 85% of voters are willing or mostly willing to participate in the vote, 11% are of the opposite opinion.

The views and opinions of South-Eastern regions residents of Ukraine: April 2014
The survey “Opinions and views of the citizens of Southern and Eastern regions of Ukraine: April 2014” was conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology during April 8-16, 2014. The results are representative for the population (18 years and older) of each of 8 regions (oblasts) of the South and the East of Ukraine (Odesa, Mykolaiiv, Kherson, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Donetsk oblasts).

The attitude of Ukrainians to the decision of Russia to bring troops into Ukraine
Respondents were provided with the following question: Federation Council of Russia allowed the President of Russia Vladimir Putin to bring the troops on the territory of Ukraine. What do you think about this decision? 83% of Ukrainians condemn the decision (77% fully condemn and 6% rather condemn), 9% - approve the decision.

Electoral moods of ukrainian voters
13 different lists of possible candidates for Presidency were suggested to respondents to explore their electoral intentions. All lists included the following political figures: A. Hrytsenko, V. Klytschko, V. Medvedchuk, P. Poroshenko, P. Symonenko, Yu. Tymoshenko, O. Tiahnybok. Besides, each of 13 lists contained one of the following political figures: S. Tihipko, O. Vilkyl, M. Dobkin, R. Akhmetov, N. Shufrych, M. Azarov, D. Tabachnyk, H. Herman, Yu. Boiko, R. Bohatyriova, V. Rybak, I. Akimova, O. Yefremov. Party affiliation of possible candidates for presidency was not indicated in the lists shown to the respondents. |
