The Consortium, which includes the Fund "Democratic Initiatives", Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) and the Ukrainian Centre for Economic and Political Studies named after Oleksandr Razumkov conducted the National Exit Poll 2010 on the day of the presidential elections of Ukraine on February 7^th, 2010.

Surveys demonstrate that maximum indicators of daily smoking prevalance among adult population of Ukraine (62,3% - amongmen, 16,7% - amongwomen, 37,4% - ingeneral) wereregisteredinJune 2005 before adoption of the Law of Ukraine «On measures of prevention and reduction of tobacco consumption and its harmful effects on the human health» in September 2005.

У голосуванні першого туру число поданих голосів найімовірніше  склало б близько 71% від числа усіх виборців. Відповідно – із загального числа поданих голосів – найбільші частки отримали б: Віктор Янукович  –  близько 42% поданих голосів, та Юлія Тимошенко  – близько 22% поданих голосів.

Якби президентські вибори відбулися на 6 тижнів раніше - на початку грудня, у голосуванні першого туру найімовірніше взяли б участь близько 70% виборців, а отримати достатню кількість голосів для проходження до другого туру найімовірніше могли: Віктор Янукович  – 40% та Юлія Тимошенко – 24% поданих голосів.

Respondentswereoffered15 statementsthatoftenappearamongthe pre-election promises of the presidential candidates. Weaskedrespondentstosay whether they believe or not in those statements. 
In addition,theywereabletoexpresspartialbelieveordisbelieve. The survey results demonstrate that morethanahalf of respondents do not trust the words and promises of any of the Ukrainian presidential candidates.
