In a period of October 7 - 16, 2014 Kiev International Institute of Sociology conducted the public opinion survey in a district №128 by the customer order. The sample was random with quota selection at the last stage and is representative for the population of electoral district №128 aged 18 and above (1009 respondents were personally interviewed).

Statistical sample error (with probability of 0.95 without design-effect) does not exceed:
3,2% — for index close to 50%;
2,8% — for index close to 25%;
2,1% — for index close to 10%;
1,4% — for index close to 5%.

If the elections to Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine through the majority system took place in the middle of October, the following results for the population of the district aged 18 and above would be observed:

• 15,8% would vote for the candidate from the party “Block of Petro Poroshenko” – V.Opryshko;

• 12,8% - for the independent candidate A. Iliuk;

• 3,4% - for the candidate from the party “Narodnyi front” – O. Gerasymchuk;

• 3,3% - for the candidate from the party “Oppozytsiynyi block” – S. Maiboroda;

• 2,2% - for the candidate from the Radical party of Oleg Lyashko – O.Yantsen;

• 1,1% - for the candidate from the Ukrainian Union “Batkivshchyna” – O. Kabashna;

• 1,7% - for all other candidates in total;

• 6,2% would spoil the ballot;

• 17,2% would not participate;

• 36,3% have not decided whom to vote for.
