October 26, 2014, the day of the extraordinary elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Consortium, which includes the Fund "Democratic initiatives named after Ilka Kucheriv", the Kyiv international Institute of sociology (KIIS) and the Ukrainian center for economic and political studies named after Alexander Razumkov held national exit poll "Rada-2014".

General population of the exit poll - voters who voted at the polling stations on the territory of Ukraine (except for special voting station). Theoretically, the selection is representative for Ukraine in general, for all polling stations where elections were held. 17779 of respondents were interviewed at 400 polling stations. The statistical selection error does not exceed 2.5% for the major parties and blocs (number of votes obtained) and within 0.5 to 1% - for other parties and blocs.

The national exit poll was carried out with the financial support of international donors: international Renaissance Foundation, the Matra program of the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Ukraine, the national endowment for democracy (USA), PACT, the UNITER project, European Union.
